Pilates Mat Fundamentals Class - Mound

Learn basic Pilates fundamentals needed to properly perform Pilates mat exercises and benefit from the instructor's knowledge of muscle development, movement and injury prevention. These classes are geared toward strengthening the core body, which can prevent and/or relieve back and neck pain or headaches. The classes require precision and practice. Our instructors are Pilates trained and either certified athletic trainers or licensed physical therapists, so be assured they have the best training and knowledge to instruct the beginner.
This class meets six Tuesday evenings. No class Tuesday, July 1.
Anytime Fitness is located at 2161 Commerce Blvd., Mound
